1. Have extensive experience and skill in operating heavy equipment, particularly with micropile and anchor drilling.
2. Be versatile and willing to take on any role within the team, from superintendent to equipment operator to general laborer, optimizing the crew's efficiency by leveraging the diverse skill sets available.
3. Maintain a positive outlook, even in the face of challenges such as adverse weather conditions, stringent site rules and regulations, specialized PPE requirements, travel obligations, and various personnel dynamics.
4. Exhibit meticulous record-keeping abilities, ensure all receipts are organized, and consistently submit all necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
5. Possess the capability to perform equipment repairs and a willingness to work at the SperryCo shop between projects.
